This is how to make these best vanilla cupcakes out of all vanilla cupcakes.
Here is the easiest cupcake recipe that tastes like it was made straight from a bakery. Makes 24 cupcakes. REMEMBER TO HAVE PARENTS PERMISSION WHEN USING OVEN!!!!!!
Ingredients
2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/8 teaspoons of salt
1 stick of unsalted butter (at room temp.)
1/4 cup of vegetable shortening
1 1/2 cups of sugar
3 teaspoons of vanilla
5 large egg whites
3/4 cup of whole milk
Step By Step
1.)Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit, and place your cupcake wrappers in the tin.
2.)Mix together your flour, baking powder, and salt.
3.)Using an electric mixer in a separate bowl, beat together your butter and sugar till fluffy.
4.)Add your vanilla to the butter mixture. After, one at a time add your egg whites while beating after each egg
5.)Then slowly add your flour mixture and milk rotating into the butter mixture and mix it all together.
6.)Next pour your batter into the muffin tin you set up earlier.
7.)Once you put them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes insert a tooth pick into one cupcake, if it is clean the cupcakes are ready if not let them bake longer and try again.
8.) Remember to let the cupcakes cool for 15 minutes before frosting and decorating.
